We can vividly recall eight years of unhinged Bush Derangement Syndrome, but really, that was nothing compared to the lunacy consuming the angry left just a few weeks into the Trump presidency.
How crazy have these mouth-breathers gotten? We now have some imbecile from the New York Daily News claiming she’s happy her father died so he doesn’t have to witness the destruction of the planet, or something.
Honestly, how sick is this?
Dear Republican U.S. Senators,
Just a note to let you know that I couldn’t be more pleased that my father is dead. No, not in general but because he’d die of a broken heart to know the party to which he devoted his life (yours) is about to sign the order to kill off his family — and yours — by killing off our planet.
I’m talking about the confirmation of Scott Pruitt to head the Environmental Protection Agency.
Can I ask you just a question or two before you confirm him — seeing how you had to suspend the Environment and Public Works Committee rules to even approve his nomination?
First off, I’d like to know just how vile does a guy have to be to aspire to head the EPA — even though he believes climate change is “far from settled?”
And just how compromised does a guy have to be to take a job at an agency that he and his boss want to slash?
In short, how vile and compromised is the man President Trump has handpicked for the EPA knowing he’ll give the finger to our planet?
Look, we understand so-called “climate change” is a religion to these people, but does she really believe Trump and Pruitt have designs on destroying the planet? She’s just beyond hysterical.
And how vile and compromised are every one of you conscience-free senators who are willing to destroy our planet in order to carry the President’s polluted water, while protecting the interests of your energy campaign donors?
Can you have a working conscience and still confirm a man for THE save-the-planet job who proudly sued that same agency 13 times? It’s like Goldman Sachs hiring Bernie Sanders as their CFO.
Well, you are set to approve a guy who is supposed to save the environment but has reportedly accepted $318,496 in campaign contributions from the fossil fuel industry! If he was any closer to them, they’d be engaged.
How is this even possible?
It’s pretty simple, you dunce: Win elections. Meanwhile, we understand the NYDN is a failing rag and is widely considered a joke, but even this nuttiness can’t get a response:
