Ted Cruz: Trump Supporters are ‘Low-Information’ Voters

Posted by on Mar 10, 2016 at 10:30 am

We’ve seen nothing this election cycle that shows Ted Cruz is wrong about this. Excellent trolling, we must say.

Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz says rival Donald Trump‘s supporters are less informed than his own.

“Donald does well with voters who have relatively low information, who are not that engaged and who are angry and they see him as an angry voice,” Cruz told The Brody File on Wednesday.

“Where we are beating him is when voters’ get more engaged and they get more informed.”

Cruz also called Trump out for saying earlier this month that he loved the “poorly educated” while touting his appeal among a wide variety of voters.

The Texas senator said he understands people vote for Trump because they are angry with the “corruption of Washington.”

“If you’re angry at the corruption of Washington, you don’t solve it by supporting someone who has been enmeshed in the Washington corruption for forty years,” he said.

So lowfo that they’ll eagerly vote for Hillary after the brokered convention. Just ask presidents Dole, McCain, Romney how lowfo they are.

For one of the “smartest” law school students at Harvard , Mr. Cruz is patronizing at best and besmirching at worst for a bloc of voters he will need come November.
