Shocker: Bogus ‘Hate Crime’ Unravels as Hateful ‘Trump’ Notes Allegedly Aimed at Student Were Fabricated

If it were’t for phony ‘hate crimes’ there probably wouldn’t be any so-called hate crimes. We’ve been watching the media breathlessly report a series of fabricated incidents without question, so it’s refreshing to see at least one outlet point out this one was a total fabrication.

Hateful notes and emails allegedly sent to a North Park University student were “fabricated,” the school’s president said Tuesday in a statement, and the woman who claimed they were aimed toward her is no longer enrolled at the school.

“We are confident there is no further threat of repeated intolerance to any member of our campus community stemming from this recent incident,” the university’s President David Parkyn said in a statement.

The student, Taylor Volk, said on Nov. 14 she had received emails and notes taped to her door containing harassing, threatening language and mentions of President-elect Donald Trump. She had also posted pictures of notes with homophobic slurs to her Facebook account.

Volk and school officials did not immediately respond to request for comment.

Volk said at the time she was confident North Park was investigating the matter, although the school would not comment directly on the notes to NBC 5. The university’s marketing director, Chris Childers, said in a phone interview earlier this month “any incident that is reported to North Park is taken extremely seriously.”

A Chicago Police official said on Nov. 14 they could not find any report about the incident.

She should also be prosecuted for this hoax.

Taylor Volk says she is openly bisexual—and last week the North Park University senior from DeKalb was singled out by a hateful note she found taped to her door Friday morning. The note reads “Back to hell,” and “#Trump” along with homophobic slurs. Volk also said she’s received two anonymous emails saying similar things—so she went public with it on her Facebook page.

“This is a countrywide epidemic all of a sudden,” Volk said.

Yes, an epidemic of bogus hate crimes. A shame the media rushing to report on them before doing even a cursory investigation. Here’s this idiot from November 14:

Now if only the media would look into all those swastika hoaxes popping up all over dark blue areas.

They need a play pen/safe space at this school.
I have some hot cocoa and some obamacare plans we can all read over the holiday.
There will be a mobile safe space set up in case Trump’s name written in chalk triggers any precious snowflakes.
