Strippers are officially not welcome at the Super Bowl. Strip club Scores’ Super Bowl ad has been banned by CBS for being too racy.
The famed jiggle joint submitted a 30-second ad and offered to pay CBS $5 million for it to run during Sunday’s Super Bowl to promote their website Scoreslive.com.
But the ad was rejected by network execs who said the ad — which shows scantily clad, but not nude, dancers on stage in the club plus an attractive brunette in a private VIP room — “doesn’t meet the standards of the NFL.”
Scores spokesman Mark Yackow said, “We are disappointed we couldn’t use the television time but we will put the money to good use and try again next year.”
