Nothing like a couple of fossilized Hollywood nitwits to help bring out the youth vote for Granny Clinton, who was absolutely hammered in New Hampshire Tuesday night.
Ted Danson and wife Mary Steenburgen have more in common than their long list of acting credits: They’re active Hillary Clinton supporters.
The celeb pair was eyed in New Hampshire on Monday and Tuesday campaigning for the Democratic presidential front-runner ahead of the Granite State’s first-in-the-nation primary.
Touting Clinton’s environmental record, “Cheers” star Danson heaped praise on the former secretary of State at a Monday night campaign event.
“I love her with every fiber of my being,” Danson told a crowd, repeating a line he’s reportedly said before, according to Massachusetts’s Lowell Sun newspaper.
“I think that she’s smart,” Steenburgen said in a video posted by a New York Times reporter on Tuesday. “I think that if you laid out every single résumé of every single presidential candidate, and took their names off and their gender off, there’s only one that stands out as being the world’s most qualified person to be in this role for all the different reasons.”
We’ve been told for 25 years how smart she is, with no evidence whatsoever to support that claim.
“The Help” actress Steenburgen didn’t appear to hold back Tuesday when speaking of the 2016 White House hopeful, “[Hillary Clinton] happens to be a woman, which would be such an amazing thing for this planet.”
Do these people have any idea how idiotic they sound?
