Obama and Granny Clinton Spend Mother’s Day Calling and Annoying People

Because every day, not just Mother’s Day, is all about them.

A Florida woman’s letter to the White House prompted a Mother’s Day greeting from President Obama.

Touched by Obama’s words in his State of the Union speech about his own mother, Patricia Church of Ormond Beach wrote to the President.

On Wednesday, while at her customer-service job, she got a stunning call.

“Hi, Patty? Hey, this is Barack Obama,” it began.

“No way!” she replied.

“Way!” the President said.

It’s like a bad Wayne’s World skit that never ends. Meanwhile, Granny Clinton first called for –wait for it — paid leave for mothers to celebrate the day. Becasue Mother’s Day is all about the government taking care of you. She also annoyed people by calling them, and what do you know, cameras were present on the other end.

Whoever’s running her Twitter feed then spent the rest of the day pimping a lame video. Guess we have the same such nonsense to follow come Father’s Day.

I’d like it if the jef or granny called me on fathers day… I like hanging up on telemarketers.
