NY Times Clown David Brooks: “Obama has run an amazingly scandal-free administration”

Well, except for the Fast a Furious gun-running, the ObamaCare scam, the VA scandal, spying on reporters, the ongoing IRS scandal, The Bowe Bergdahl swap for Taliban monsters, Benghazi and numerous others, this twit is right. Hard to believe a guy who gushed over the crease in Obama’s pants would be protective of him, huh?

One doesn’t know what to do with the rubbish which follows beyond noting it and hoping that the ridicule which results will somehow and in some way have some kind of impact.

Despite 6-1/2 years of horrid governance and dozens of acknowledged scandals, several of which a few of the credible remaining outposts of liberal thought have actually agreed are scandals, David Brooks, the New York Times’s resident fake conservative, asserted on Friday’s PBS NewsHour, as if it’s an indisputable fact, that “President Obama has run an amazingly scandal-free administration, not only he himself, but the people around him.”

Does politics attract such people? I don’t know. Is it prevalent in society? It’s certainly a reminder of original sin. The other thing, though, I did want to say that there are people in American life to whom this has not happened.

And I have my disagreements, say, with President Obama, but President Obama has run an amazingly scandal-free administration, not only he himself, but the people around him. He’s chosen people who have been pretty scandal-free.

Well, we guess shipping arms to rogue nations in exchange for donations to a slush fund no longer qualifies as a scandal.

The relevant portion of this idiocy begins after the 2:00 mark.

Now “Accomplishment-free” – I could go along with that.

I remember telling my moonbat S-I-L that Fox almost always has opposing viewpoints represented in their panels, and she “countered” that David Brooks is often on MSM shows and is a regular at the NYT.

I guess his function is to convince Lo-Fos that they are hearing a well-rounded discussion. Most of them buy into the doctrine of MSM-infallibility, so they just want someone important-looking to tell them what to think, and Dave looks the role.

Other thoughts not yet expressed by David Brooks:

Genghis Khan was an amazingly effective and amiable community organizer.

Uncle Joe Stalin enacted forward-thinking agrarian policies.

The Nazis’s diversity outreach program was ahead of its time.

Can someone bring me more cookies and Kool-Aid now!

“Amazingly scandal free” means that he was expecting they would have lots more scandals than they did.
