After the terrorist attacks in Paris Friday everyone pretty much forgot about the weeklong temper tantrum at the University of Missouri and elsewhere last week. But some people may be in trouble still.

Police at the University of Missouri are determining whether to file charges against Melissa Click, the assistant professor who generated an uproar this week when she was filmed blocking media access to protests at the school.

Major Scott Richardson told CNNMoney that the investigation remains “open and active.”

Mark Schierbecker, the University of Missouri student who filmed Click, filed a complaint against the professor on Wednesday alleging simple assault.

In the video, Click, an assistant professor of mass media at the university’s School of Communications, can be seen trying to grab Schierbecker’s camera.

“Who wants to help me get this reporter out of here?” she said in the clip. “I need some muscle over here.”

Meanwhile, there’s still at least one moron who supports the sniveling babies at Mizzou.

President Obama weighed in on the recent protests at the University of Missouri for the first time in an exclusive interview with ABC News’ Chief Anchor George Stephanopoulos.

The president lauded the students’ activism, but also warned they need to maintain an open dialogue with those who hold differing views.

“There is clearly a problem at the University of Missouri, and that’s not just coming from students. That’s coming from some faculty,” the president told Stephanopoulos Thursday at the White House. “I think it is entirely appropriate for students in a thoughtful, peaceful way to protest what they see as injustices or inattention to serious problems in their midst.

“I want an activist student body just like I want an activist citizenry, and the issue is just making sure that even as these young people are getting engaged, getting involved, speaking out that they’re also listening,” he added. “I’d rather see them err on the side of activism than being passive.”

He wants an activist citizenry? Really? So why did he unleash the IRS on the Tea Party?
