We suppose since her other initiatives such as forcing inedible food on school kids has been such a roaring success she needs to move on to other projects. She better hope this dopey website works better than the catastrophic ObamaCare websites.

Michelle Obama is unveiling a new phase of her initiative encouraging students to continue education after high school, a public awareness campaign and matching website to provide practical information and space to share stories, backed by more than 20 media, business and nonprofit groups.

It’s about time someone encouraged kids to go to college. Where oh where would we be without this woman?

BetterMakeRoom.org will be a place for students ages 14-19 to get information on such matters as signing up for the SAT and ACT exams, filling out federal financial aid forms and applying to college, aides said. Students will also be able to share stories about their goals, their progress and what’s inspiring them to go to college.

Students have been doing this for decades, but since we live in an overbearing nanny state we need to pretend this imperious oaf is actually accomplishing something.

More than 20 media, business and nonprofit groups are assisting the public awareness campaign, the White House said. Among them are such recognizable names as Vine, Mashable, American Eagle Outfitters, Funny Or Die and the CW television network, along with AwesomenessTV and CollegeHumor.

How much is this costing us?
