A majority of New York voters have an unfavorable view of Hillary Clinton — the first time her ratings have turned negative in the state, results of a new poll revealed on Monday.
She’s viewed unfavorably by 51 percent of Empire State voters compared to 46 percent who see her favorably, according to the Siena College poll.
As recently as July, 56 percent of New York state voters gave her a favorable rating compared for 40 percent unfavorable, Siena said.
“For the first time ever, Hillary Clinton is under water with New York voters, facing her worst favorability rating ever in her adopted home state,” Siena College pollster Steven Greenberg said.
