It’s also a normal people thing.

Naya Rivera has called daily showering a “white people thing.”

The “Glee” star shared her pointed “theory” on Tuesday’s episode of “The View,” after co-host Nicolle Wallace told viewers she showers multiple times a day.

“I have a theory about showering … which is I think that white people shower a lot more than ethnics,” quipped Rivera, a guest co-host on the talk show. “I think that, like, showering more than once a day or every day is such a white people thing.”

“I’m now married to a white man and he showers a lot. Like a lot. Like two, three times a day,” she continued, ranting about her husband of six months, Ryan Dorsey. “I’m like, ‘What are you doing?’”

Keeping himself clean?

I can’t help but wonder if he gets this urge to shower right after touching her?
    Heh.

I’d tell you what he’s doing but it would be Whitesplaining and everyone knows that’s wrong.

I can’t wait for the tabloid stories to start rolling in:

Which Glee star is stinking up her dressing room?

3 times a day is excessive.

2 times is a bit much, unless you work construction.

However, if the guy has ummmmm plumbing issues , that might explain it.

The Vietnamese bathe or shower 3 times a day. Probably has a lot more to do with climate than race, but tell that to this unwise Latina.

I can easily imagine situations in which three showers per day is perfectly reasonable.

    1. Morning shower – most people do this.
    2. Post-workout shower – I can’t imagine a grown adult not showering after a rigorous workout.
    3. Post-coitus. Hey, they’re newlyweds, right?

My question to Naya R would be: Why wouldn’t you shower after situations 2 and 3?
