Brave Social Justice Warrior Makes Threats Against Police, Cries Out for “Mommy” While Being Arrested

Doesn’t this define these sniveling douchebags in a nutshell?

A Tinton Falls man was arrested for alleged threats made about police on social media, referencing the slaying of two New York police officers.

Police say a threatening and profane statement on Facebook led to the arrest of Matthew Reardon, 29, Monday.

The post read “Don’t wanna get clipped while sitting in your squad car?? Don’t be a (expletives deleted) pig who’s looking to get killed…Everyone who goes out of their way to (expletive deleted) with other people should get executed in cold blood.”

Before his arrest, Reardon screamed “mommy” and “what the (expletive deleted)” while standing in the middle of the street, drawing the attention of motorists and drivers passing by, the complaint stated.

Have a Merry Christmas, asshole.

“Police say a threatening and profane statement on Facebook led to the arrest”

Threatening? It was idiotic. It was supremely asshole-ish. It was not “threatening.”

Profane? Yeah, it contained profanity. That’s a criminal offense now?

No way in Hell should we be celebrating this asshole being arrested for exercising his First Amendment right to say horrible shit.

This is government arresting someone for offensive language and opinion. This is intolerable. This asshole will probably sue, and he should win.

I agree with schizuki. This was as threatening as Danny deVito playing the lorax. This is cops overreacting (remember how they shot at innocent people during the Dorner manhunt I’m LA?) because they were on the other side of the unjustified violence this time.

People: “police should stop abusing their powers!”
Cops: “how dare you say such things! You’re under arrest!”

There’s a difference between calling it, and calling for it.

A month ago, maybe you’d be right. But now, when there have been actual assassinations of police based on shit like this?

Also, “arrest” does not equal “conviction.” Let the bastard stew in a cell for his 72 hours or whatever, and thank his lucky f’ing stars no one has acted on his words yet and put him away for a much longer period of time.

Should we put all the people who are mean on the internet in jail, or just the ones who hurt the feelings of cops?

DF82, I suppose then that if somebody took a shot at the President, anyone who wrote something afterward like “serves him right for destroying this country” should be rounded up and “let stew in a cell for 72 hours.”

I call people like you “convenient Constitutionalists”. You might want to reflect on what good our supreme law of the land is when people like you and Obama ignore it when convenient.

You might also want to reflect on what the purpose of the First Amendment is. Hint: it’s not to protect only what DF82 deems acceptable speech.

So he has now lost his gig and everyone he knows will be aware of how he screamed and cried like a little girl when arrested. A fitting end for this whigger wannabe.

I agree with Schizuki too. This was not an assassination plot. It was hyperbole & mean, crude angry talk – in public. It’s unacceptable that he was arrested for that.
