‘We will all need to make sacrifices’: Michelle Obama Entourage Takes Up 30 Rooms and $3000 Suite at Irish Hotel

Remember when Obama said we all need to make sacrifices in this moribund economy of his?

“To meet our fiscal challenge, we will need to make reforms. We will all need to make sacrifices. But we do not have to sacrifice the America we believe in. And as long as I’m president, we won’t.”

Yeah, about that.

No expense has been spared in catering for the comforts of Mrs Obama and her party. It is understood she will stay in the luxurious €2,500-a-night Princess Grace suite.

It is understood a total of 30 rooms in the five-star, 265-bedroom hotel, have been booked for the visit of Mrs Obama and her entou-rage. During their stay in Dublin, Mrs Obama and and her daughters will visit Trinity College where they will view the Book of Kells.

Our tab will be at least $5 million for Mooch and the kids. Sweet.

President Obama may be earning the favor of his Irish ancestors by attending the G8 conference with his family but it is stirring the ire of American taxpayers outraged by the cost of the trip.

The two-day trip around the Republic is expected to cost U.S. taxpayers more than $5.2million.

They’re just rubbing our noses in it.

Obama’s goal is to rule the world from the United Nations. Toward that end, it is imperative that he have the support of other countries. Ours, not so much.

    No Sandy Norris, they don’t.
    Nouveau riche negros.
Hope a thorough inventory is taken of the people’s goods before these two and their entourage leave the White House.

Does anyone know if Mooch’s mom is accompanying them on this trip as well? Is she part of the entourage?
Since when do the people of this good country have to pay for her continued existence, living at the White House?

And why does Mooch need 30 assistants on vacation? She’s gonna look fugly no matter how much makeup and wigs they put on that Simian

These people will continue to rape us whenever possible, unless we the people push back and protest.

    Representative Rodney Davis
    Illinois 13th Congressional Dist.

I mean really, an aircraft carrier, possibly even two? Those are the reports. United States aircraft carriers are stationed on standby off the Irish coast to protect against any assassination attempt on Obama and the Secret Service agents have “007” authority to shoot anyone they deem suspicious. What,we’re going to strafe Ireland with F-18’s and bomb them with Warthogs? Do you have ANY idea of the cost per day to operate an aircraft carrier, let alone two, for the purpose of protecting an inland individual? All this and much more for a two day trip to the G8 in Ireland.
Buying a fleet of new tractors to be used by the Secret Service to try and “blend into the area” as farmers. You think those folks don’t know who the farmers are in the area. How much did that cost the US taxpayer and just what will we do with those tractors come day after tomorrow? Fly them back to Scott and perhaps you and Shimkus can give them away? More than 200 secret service agents and support personnel, thousands upon thousands of dollars for equipment including surveillance and communication and they buy tractors!
Enough cargo aircraft to transport dozens of vehicles and gear. At least 7 hours flight time on Air Force One at a cost of approximately $180,000 per hour and it’s twice that amount if the backup was flown over as is normally done. Seven hours of flight time on Air Force One at approximately $180,000 per hour, double that amount if the backup was flown over. Transport for all those Secret Service agents and all those support personnel for a two day meeting. Two days But there’s more.
That I am aware of, there is no legislated or elected “Office of the First Lady”. Nothing is mentioned in Constitution about such a position. While historically the wife of the President has been the hostess for the White House it Roslyn Carter who conjured up thoughts of grandeur that she had the authority to institute an Office of the First Lady. It’s gone on from there but, in my opinion, it has gone way too far!!!
Michelle Obama flew to Belfast, Ireland along with her two daughters and an entourage that will take up 30 rooms in a hotel in Dublin where she will be staying in a $3,300 per night suite. So, her husband is in Belfast, why is she spending the night in Belfast. Well, according to the press, she met her husband in Belfast and later flew to Dublin for what the administration is describing as “diplomacy”. Pardon my stupidity but I don’t believe the First Lady to conduct “diplomacy” and wonder if they have again listed their two daughters as assistants for the trip, as has been done in the past, I ain’t buyin that either. What they are doing is having a vacation. The “diplomacy” is a visit to Trinity College, attend a River Dance performance and then off to the forest. (White House Dossier)
I find it interesting that the press said she “met” Obama. She didn’t fly in with him on Air Force One?. What plane did she fly on from Belfast to Dublin. Maybe it was Air Force Two which was found to be at the Dublin airport. Does that mean Air Force Two was flown from Andrews to Belfast for her use or did she actually use Air Force Two to fly from Andrews to Belfast to Dublin to Berlin where she again will be meeting her husband on Tuesday afternoon?
You can read all about this in the numerous articles concerning the trip but what I haven’t read anywhere is an article where Representative Davis has spoken out about the waste of taxpayer money or possible misuse of government property. Nothing from ANY Representative and certainly nothing from any of our famous Senators. Those who have been elected to represent the best interest of the people, elected to control the purse strings, seem to be very complacent and happy and not so much raise an eyebrow, let alone their voice, to question and condemn this behavior and extravagance.
I’d like to believe that members of Congress aren’t collectively insane but with all this and an upcoming 60 to 100 million dollar trip to Africa without opposition, I think that isa very good possibility. That, or members just have no stones. I’d like to hear more from you about how you will go about finding out just how much money was wasted on this trip. Who used what planes and why and what you will be doing to deter this lackadaisical fiscal irresponsible. I don’t want to hear how your going to talk with other members while hanging out at the rotunda. This is repugnant and pitiful!!

If they had no class, they’d stay in La Quinta Dublin. They have so much class that they must have the most expensive of everything.
