The Gore Effect: Global Warming Hearing Canceled Due to Snow

Posted by on Mar 06, 2013 at 8:05 am

If you ever want to predict when it’s going to snow, schedule a gathering to discuss so-called climate change or global warming. Or whatever these idiots are calling it these days.

Pretty much a certainty the cold weather will disrupt things.

The snowquester has claimed yet another casualty: Wednesday’s House hearing on global warming.

The House Science, Space and Technology Committee announced early Wednesday that it’s postponing its environmental subcommittee’s scheduled 10 a.m. hearing on the state of the science behind climate change. As a reason, it cited “weather.”

Snowquester? Where do these pinheads come up with this stuff?

The panel hasn’t announced when the hearing will take place.

The session was apparently designed to shore up the knowledge of subcommittee members ahead of expected new carbon regulations from President Barack Obama. As of Tuesday evening, a committee spokesman had insisted the show would go on.

Carbon regulations? Really? As if the fragile economy can handle another massive tax scheme from this failed president.

Wait one. Aren’t they supposed to be saying, “climate”?

Snowquester . . . How come every storm and weather event these days is an unexpected catastrophe? I saw on the news this week that the dakotas got a foot of snow. In winter. This is national news? Apparently now northers no longer expect snow accumulation and coastal people r caught off guard when a hurricane comes around. BREAKING NEWS: Florida expected to get hot this summer! Better pass an emergency relief bill and get a federal agency to distribute sunblock before stupid people learn a lesson.
