Teen Who Attended Obama Inauguration Gunned Down Near Obama’s Chicago Home

Will something like this finally get the attention of Obama and the national media? Or does the daily carnage in his hometown not help his agenda? What do we need, a Newtown-style massacre to get his attention or is he OK with the drip, drip, drip  of just a few people killed every day?

It’s quite obvious the media outside of Chicago want to continue to ignore this story since it reflects badly on their man and his person of hench, Rahm Emanuel. But eventually the question must be asked: How did his community organizing go so horribly wrong?

A week after attending presidential inauguration festivities in the nation’s capital and with dreams of a summer trip to Paris swirling in her 15-year-old imagination, Hadiya Pendleton was shot and killed Tuesday afternoon in the South Side’s Kenwood neighborhood.

Police say Hadiya was shot in the back at a neighborhood park about 2:30 p.m. in the 4500 block of South Oakenwald. A teen boy was shot in the leg and taken to Comer’s Children’s Hospital in serious condition.

“As usual, the bad guy aims, but he never hits the other bad guy . . . He hits the one that hurts the most to lose,” said Chicago Police Officer Damon Stewart, 36, Hadiya ‘s godfather. “I changed her diapers, I played with her growing up. My heart is broken.”

The shooting happened about three blocks from King College Prep, where Hadiya attended high school, played on the volleyball team and was a majorette with the band. The park where she was killed is a little less than a mile from President Barack Obama’s Kenwood home.

Last week, Hadiya went to Washington to see Obama’s ceremonial swearing in with a group of fellow King students, relatives said.

“She went to the inauguration. She was working on some sort of exchange program, where she was going to go to school in Paris,” Stewart said. “She was a great student.”

Maybe it’s time for that national conversation about Chicago, huh? Or should we continue to ignore it since the NRA can’t be demonized?

Bammy is cold as ice. This young girl’s death doesn’t further his agenda like a mass shooting does, so he won’t concern himself with it. Remember, the ends justify the means, and Bammy’s got bigger fish to fry.

Unless the shots were taken by a “White Hispanic” with a Jewish sounding last name, it’s a non-story.

If people were serious about gun control, they would outlaw Democrats from having guns. I would bet 99% of the shootings in Chicago were by Democrats.

Obama doesn’t care about blacks. He wants to open the borders even though it will be most damaging to black youth who will have to compete with mexicans for lower paying jobs. If you look at restaurants and such businesses in downtown Chicago, mexicans abound and blacks are selling Streetwise.

I am sure that this poor girl’s death will be ignored by the national media as have all the other deaths in Chicago these past couple of years. Chicago has some of the most stringent gun laws in the country and had more deaths from gun violence than troop deaths in Afghanistan last year. A small tidbit that was never mentioned in the MFM. Last year, Chicago set a new record for people who died from being shot. Nary a mention in the MFM. The majority of those killed and the majority of the killers were people who looked like Obama’s sons and daughters, which also should be a big story.
