Sean Penn: Tea Partiers Should Be Committed By Executive Order or Something

Sure, this would work out just fine.

Actor Sean Penn thinks that Congress is going crazy – literally.

Talking politics with CNN’s Piers Morgan on Monday, Penn brought up “the tea party and [its] influence” on Congress.

“I think they have — there’s a mental health problem in Congress,” Penn said. “This would be solved by committing them by executive order, I think. Because these are our American brothers and sisters, we shouldn’t be criticizing them, attacking them … this is a cry for help.”

“You literally commit what, people like Ted Cruz?” asked Morgan

“He is my American brother,” the actor said. “I think we should take care of him, he is in trouble.”

Hard to imagine why Piers Morgan has no ratings when you have a deranged nutcase like Penn talking about the mental health of others.

Penn is certainly familiar with people who have political opponents committed:

Raised by a Commie dad and an out and proud Commie himself, little boy Penn’s thoughts on what to do with genuine American patriots are about as predictable as wolves discussing what should be done with their “brethren,” the sheep. The sheep, of course, should be herded and corralled “for their own protection, because we care so much about them.”

Is it any wonder MSNBC’s ratings are in the basement when it has to scrape the bottom of the barrel to find only a low information, Castro and Chavez loving Marxist.
