Putin Calls Bush to Wish Him Well After Heart Surgery, Obama Ignores

Posted by on Aug 08, 2013 at 11:24 am

Obama obviously was too busy covering up his phony scandals and yukking it up with Jay Leno.

Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a telegram on Thursday to his old sparring partner, former U.S. President George W. Bush, wishing him a quick recovery from heart surgery.

It may have been coincidence that the Kremlin released details of the telegram a day after Barack Obama pulled out of a planned summit with Putin, but little is left to chance in Russian politics.

The warm words to the man who once said he looked Putin in the eye and got a “sense of his soul” highlighted how different the relationship is between the leaders in the Kremlin and the White House now.

Bush described Putin years later as cold blooded, and ties soured over the war between Russia and Georgia which began five years ago this week, but there was respect and camaraderie on display when they first met as presidents in June 2001.

Even a cold-blooded dictator finds it in him to wish Bush well. Obama? Not so much.

White House press secretary Jay Carney told reporters that President Barack Obama was briefed on Bush’s procedure and “obviously wishes him well.” He didn’t believe Obama and Bush had spoken, Carney said.

Yeah, obviously. Right.

    Yip.
The worst part is, this will never register within the echo chamber in which the dear leader, the MFM and the other useful idiots dwell. Out here among the peasants, it comes through loud and clear, but our opinion is beneath contempt to the race baiting Beautiful People. As for the rest of the world, Putin will probably be seen for what he is; far more adept and in control than the dear leader. How subtle, how mature in comparison to the thin-skinned King Putt.
Someone posited the question; what happens if the dear leader tries winging his way into the G20 summit in Moscow, and AF-1 is denied landing clearance? After all, the Smartest Man on The Planet just announced that he won’t meet with the leader of the host country. That ain’t exactly the wisest move before you get in the door.

Again, his fan boys will howl, and we peasants will howl with laughter. But what will the world think? Other than obama was bested again.

Putin might be a cold-blooded megalomaniac, but he’s got more class than the Man-Child we have for president.

“Bush? Bush?…Oh yeah, the guy Valerie tells me to blame for everything. Oh well, when’s T-Time?”

Somebody’s mother didn’t teach him manners. Or respect. Or how to not be an *sshole.

These days the federal Gov’t has the feel of stereotype movies. The Obamas are the classless ‘new money’ and the token blacks all rolled in to one. They have the feel of being crass, rude, just out of their depth. At least it feels slightly more like Gone with the Wind than Caddyshack. In Caddyshack, I rooted for the classless new money, because the old money were baby ruths in a pool. In Gone with the Wind, I respected the grace of the old world and how they handled it even as it fell down around their ears.

The whole thing just seems so orchestrated and it is emphasized by the TV star persona Obama has demanded for himself. Don’t any liberals even wonder who the director and executive producers are? They cry ALEC! ALEC! ALEC!, but it sure seems like someone else is running their liberal Gov’t today.

One of those guys hates America, things the government should be all powerful and wants to be a dictator. The other one is Putin.

It’s a monument to President Bush that POS Obama didn’t wish him well. You can tell a lot about a person by their friends.
