A drumbeat campaign? Like constant droning about how wonderful this abomination is? Will this involve drum circles and up twinkles?
The nonprofit group born from President Obama’s re-election effort is launching a new “drumbeat campaign” designed to encourage health care enrollment before the end of the year.
The new digital effort is designed to encourage uninsured consumers to purchase insurance through graphics and countdown clocks noting looming deadlines for health coverage.
Over the next three weeks, for instance, OFA graphics will urge individuals to “apply, shop, buy” by Dec. 23 in order to secure coverage by Jan. 1.
“The campaign will create urgency leading into each month’s deadline and include a daily countdown clock, a calendar, share graphics, infographics, all promoted on social media and email,” OFA said in a press release.
How about a drumbeat campaign to get Obama to enroll on live television? Just imagine the hilarity as the bumbling idiot tries to sign up.
We should also respond with a sad trombone campaign in response to all their propaganda efforts.
Meanwhile, these ghouls also plan to “celebrate” the anniversary of Newtown by again pushing an anti-gun campaign.
Some Republicans accused the president and his allies of exploiting the victims of the tragedy to build support for the bill.
“What I don’t think is constructive is what the president is doing right now, which is within minutes of that horrible tragedy in Newtown, the president began trying to exploit that tragedy to push a gun control agenda that is designed to appeal to partisans,” Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) told NBC News.
Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) said it was “deeply unfortunate” Obama “continues to use the tragedy at Newtown as a backdrop for pushing legislation that would have done nothing to prevent that horrible crime.”
