NY Post Wins the Day With Spitzer Cover: ‘Here We Ho Again’

Between the disgraced Anthony Weiner and the disgraced Eliot Spitzer, it promises to be fun times for headline writers at the New York Post. Right out of the box off the Spitzer announcements he plans to run for NYC Comptroller, we get this gem:

What can top this? Check out who one of his opponents may be.

Spitzer plans to run as a Democrat in the wide-open field for comptroller. The current Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer is the only big-name Democrat running. Kristin Davis, a madam who was linked to the Spitzer prostitution scandal, is running for city comptroller on the Libertarian ticket.

Amazingly, given his dalliances with high-priced call girls, the tone-deaf Spitzer said he’ll be running on every street corner.

I think they should elect his former madam. She’s shown an ability to manage money.
