Media Sad Face: Obama Honeymoon May Be Over

Can you imagine how pitiful his approval rating might be if 99.8% of the media weren’t subservient lickspittles doing his bidding 24/7? As it is they’re really having trouble propping up this failed president a mere two months into his second term.

The second-term honeymoon for President Obama is beginning to look like it is over.

Obama, who was riding high after his reelection win in November, has seen his poll numbers take a precipitous fall in recent weeks.

A CNN poll released Tuesday showed Obama’s favorability rating underwater, with 47 percent approving and 50 percent disapproving of Obama’s handling of his job.

Much of the president’s agenda is stuck, with climate change regulations delayed, immigration reform mired in committee negotiations and prospects for a grand bargain budget deal in limbo at best.

Have they considered people do not want action on so-called climate change that will accelerate the decline of our economy? Do they think Americans really want 12 million illegals granted citizenship? How about meaningless gun control?

On Tuesday, in a decision that underscored Obama’s depleting political capital, the White House watched as Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) announced only a watered-down version of Obama’s gun control proposals would be considered on the Senate floor.

Bottom line: The economy sucks and he’s done nothing to improve it.

“Continuing economic progress would ultimately strengthen the president but if we are hit with a double-dip recession, then Obama’s numbers will crater,” he said.

Continuing progress? Where is the slightest bit of evidence to support that? You’ve got a crumbling satisfaction rating in this country and he’s magically avoided being tied to it for over four years. When the media begins wondering if the honeymoon is over, he should start worrying.

Short version: The peasants are starting to revolt. And gags like gay abortions for Big Bird are going only so far. The workforce participation rate is worsening, and the dear leader is now openly calling himself a liar regarding the debt and deficits. He has nothing. Any productive change will be painful, and will result in little to no political or personal gain, which is his main priority.

Don’t take my word for it. Ask the government of Cyprus. Or California. or illinois.

The more the economy goes down, the more the media can blame it on the “Republican Congress”. It has been bad for six years without hurting Him, why should that change?

If there is one lesson from Obama’s first term and subsequent re-election, it is that Obama approval poll numbers mean absolutely nothing.

I agree with Mr. Munny, and it’s not just because I’m afraid he will shoot me if I don’t.

It is really easy to understand . When you have created a society of people living off the “Government”,it will be as Europe. To reverse with out having a revolution is impossible. The people, like Greece will never
except responsibility for their actions, or bad decisions. They also will never except the fact that they are the reason their in this mess.
And last of alll, they will expect everyone else to bail them out.

I don’t believe any of the polls after the last year’s election. I can’t believe that a majority of the idiots who re-elected Obama have finally woken up.
