Another day, another Obama scandal.
White House Press Secretary Jay Carney was pressed this afternoon about a New York Times story reporting that President Obama’s reorganized campaign organization – Organizing for Action – was selling access to the White House for donations.
Carney asserted that OFA was an “independent organization” that just happened to support the president’s agenda, and refused to acknowledge the report’s claims.
Even NBC lapdog Chuck Todd admits how bad this looks. Heck, these big bucks Obama donors got more facetime with Obama than his former Jobs Council that recently closed up shop. Funny, but why does a so-called “independent organization” run Obama’s Twitter account?
A screencap before they change it. And you know they will.
By they way, they’re really laying it on thick today:

No worries. They have a plan to clear the air and get you icky Rethuglickans to shut up. They’ll put Jon Corzine in charge.
