Hilarious: Obama Tells Fatcat Donors Democrats Favor Free-Market Solutions and Less Government Regulation

So says the guy who’s been collecting every bit of data about your life and who’s imposed  the big government monstrosity of ObamaCare upon us. Does he really think he’s kidding anyone with this nonsense?

Making a pitch for Democratic candidates in 2014, President Obama told big donors in California Thursday night that Democrats favor free-market solutions and less government regulation.

“It turns out we’re pretty common-sense folks,” Mr. Obama said at a fundraiser at a private home in Palo Alto, Calif. “We believe in the free market [and] a light touch when it comes to regulations.”

A light touch??? Who the hell is he kidding?

A report by the Heritage Foundation last year found that the Obama administration in its first three years adopted 106 “major regulations” that increased burdens on the private sector, compared with 28 in the same time frame of President George W. Bush’s administration. A study by the left-leaning OMB Watch found that total regulations adopted by the Obama administration are roughly equal to the number adopted by other administrations over the past 18 years.

Meanwhile, he wants to get “stuff” done. Um, OK.

“For us to accomplish that, I’d also like a Democratic House. I just want to get stuff done. On too much of the big stuff, what we see coming out of the other party is an interest in winning elections or in obstruction, not enough interest in solving problems.”

Damn. I about choked on my Raisin Bran when I read that headline. LOL

I remember when I was amazed at how easily Bill Clinton could lie through his teeth while staring into the camera.

But Zero puts Clinton into the sheer amateur category for mendacity.

And he’s not a dictator. And he’s a Christian. And he’s promised to uphold the Constitution.

Any “big donor” that still gave money to the Democrats after hearing him tell this to their faces (and not challenging him on this horsecrap) deserve whatever misfortune comes their way.

I would say he must have been drunk….or high….but the sad thing is everyone in the room probably nodded actually agreeing with him. That delusion they live under is killing our country and most of us in it, but they need to believe that and they aren’t touched. Or they benefit from the cronyism and shrinking freedom.

It’ doesn’t need to be true for the majority of people to believe. This is after all how he won the last 2 elections.

This is not his biggest lie so far. That lie, said twice, was: “I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

As long as the donors pay jizya like Martin Guitars did, that will probably be true. See Gibson for those who don’t pay.

Back in 2009 Obama told a group of historians that he favored a corporatist form of government. The ghost of Mussolini is smiling. And isn’t if puzzling that our supposedly anti-fascist liberal friends are not outraged at this revelation? /sarcasm

This has got to be true. All those free market, green companies Obama favored (like Solyndra) have pretty much been driven out of business by the free market. Ooops.

The only funny lines here are in his face. The only good material in his necktie.

Must be a billion bucks in the budget to replace all the pants that went up in flames.

You are all missing the point of “Obama speak”.

By “less government regulation”, he means, a government unfettered by restraint in the ability to engorge itself on the citizenry.
