Wonderful. It’s all part of the 2014 campaign strategy as cooked up by his boss Valerie Jarrett. Once he’s finished calling Republicans hostage takers and terrorists, he’ll be back to calling them racist for not wanting to legalize millions of lawbreakers. It’s the endless campaign.
President Barack Obama said on Tuesday that stalled immigration reform would be a top priority once the fiscal crisis has been resolved.
“Once that’s done, you know, the day after, I’m going to be pushing to say, call a vote on immigration reform,” he told the Los Angeles affiliate of Spanish-language television network Univision.
The president’s domestic agenda has been sidetracked in his second term by one problem after another. As he coped with the revelation of domestic surveillance programs, chemical weapons in Syria, and a fiscal battle that has shut down the U.S. government and threatens a debt default, immigration has been relegated to the back burner.
One crisis followed by another. As we face the collapse of his ObamaCare scam, not to mention default through his reckless, lawless behavior, it’ll be right back to shoving amnesty down our throats. Surviving three more years of this may not be possible. You’d think a guy with such anemic approval would be scared off of such divisive issues, but he’s got 99% of the media in his back pocket, so what’s there to worry about?
