Axelrod: Obama Couldn’t Have Possibly Known About His IRS Scandal Because the Government Is Too Big

While lying through his teeth this slippery scumbag unwittingly makes the case for smaller government.

Former Obama campaign adviser David Axelrod on Wednesday defended the president, saying it was “impossible” he could have known about the Internal Revenue Service targeting conservative groups because the government is too big.

“If you look at the Inspector General’s report, apparently some folks down in the bureaucracy, and you know we have a large government, took it upon themselves to shorthand these applications for tax exempt status in a way that was, as I said, idiotic, and also dangerous because of the political implications,” Axelrod said on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.”

“Part of being president is there’s so much underneath you because the government is so vast,” he added. “You go through these [controversies] all because of this stuff that is impossible to know if you’re the president or working in the White House, and yet you’re responsible for it and it’s a difficult situation.”

Good. So while we investigate Obama we should also hope he and his henchman reiterate the call for smaller government. Maybe then Obama might have a clue as to what’s going on.

Lemme guess; no one bothered to follow up and point out that it would be asinine to give control of US health care to the IRS? That is, if Axelturf’s premise was true.

obama knew about the IRS targeting of conservative groups because obama ordered it. coloreds in general and obama in particular are petty, envious types. This IRS abuse of power is right up their alley.
