AP: Obama’s Presidency ‘Marred by Racist Backlash’

Posted by on Aug 28, 2013 at 8:50 am

A “racist backlash” so  severe he was re-elected comfortably last November. Seriously, what kind of drivel is this passed off as a news story?

When he became president, Obama blasted through a heavy barrier that many before him had only pushed against. But his presidency has been marred by racist backlash and his administration has found itself refighting battles already thought won, such as ensuring equal access to the polls.

Where exactly is this racist backlash? The so-called reporter doesn’t explain this. Judging by her Twitter feed she appears more an agitator than reporter. She also does not explain how there is not equal access at the polls. Is this a reference to voter ID laws, which are overwhelmingly supported across the nation? She apparently cannot grasp the fact that opposition to bad policy is not racist. Fifty years to the day of Martin Luther King’s speech and it’s garbage like this that sets race relations back, not opposition to a failed president.

Once you have the democrats on your side, there aren’t any racists left TO backlash.

I imagine she’s calling the SCOTUS racist for the voting rights act decision.

A ‘race and ethnicity’ reporter? Land sakes.

I ventured to her Twit page – “Associated Press Race and Ethnicity reporter”

That’s liberal-ese for ‘worthless piece of crap that has no chance at holding a real job.’

So not only are you playing hoiler than thou, you are gonna pretend racism doesn’t exist?

You are gonna pretend that whole birth certificate crap didn’t happen?

Racism is the root most of the hated of Obama and it has been proven again and again .

Is everyone one theses forums not a racist? If not, then start treating Obama and the presidency with the respect he/it deserves and stop spreading lies about him.

You mean like inheriting an economy losing 800,000 jobs month and turning it into one gaining 200,000 jobs a month, while doubling the stock market, and keeping inflation low, and saving the car industry, and wall street. Oh financing that Iron Dome project Israel. That is a REAL failure right there

You poor, sad, delusional little twerp. We do treat Obama with the respect he deserves, which is to say: none. He’s probably done more to put race relations back in the US than any figure in the last 50 years. You see, America had sufficiently overcome its prejudice to elect a black guy not once but twice. Unfortunately the black guy that got elected turned out to be an arrogant, lazy, incompetent cretin. People said, “sure, it’s time to a elect a back guy. How bad could he be?” and then they found out and said, “Oh Christ.” Had be been marginally capable, then we could have congratulated ourselves on our enlightened attitudes rather thancursed our gullibility. As it is, he’s such a disaster that he no longer makes the prospect of Joe Biden taking over the role seem so terrifying. That’s actually his most salient achievement: making ol’ Hair Plugs look like less of a drooling zombie than he actually is. It’s a great shame that the first black President is such a moron. He’s probably ensured that there won’t be another one for a very, very long time.

I presume the “racial backlash” in question refers to the tidal wave of racist black-on-white assaults that has swept the nation since 2009. Surely AP reporters have been reading the news.

Oh wait. That’s right, they get paid to cover up the real news and fabricate fake shit, like that it is whites who are the racists.
