Alabama Democrat Calls Concerned Gun Owner ‘Slave-holding, murdering, adulterous, baby-raping, incestuous, snaggle-toothed, backward-a**ed, inbreed’

Say, that national conversation on guns is really coming along well, huh?

State Rep. Joe Mitchell, D-Mobile, had an outlandish exchange via email with a Jefferson County man who asked him and other lawmakers not to pass any laws that would restrict gun ownership.

Eddie Maxwell sent a mass email to state legislators at 10:54 p.m. on Jan. 27, warning them that even attempting to introduce a gun control bill was, in his opinion, a violation of state law.

Mitchell responded from his public, ALHouse.gov email account at 11:59 p.m., telling Maxwell: “Your folk never used all this sheit (sic) to protect my folk from your slave-holding, murdering, adulterous, baby-raping, incestuous, snaggle-toothed, backward-a**ed, inbreed (sic), imported criminal-minded kin folk.”

“That’s not the type of reply I expect to receive from a state legislator,” Maxwell replied on Feb. 11. “I’m not a racist and I find your reply to be especially offensive considering the position you hold.”

Not only does this racist asshole want to deprive Mr. Maxwell of his constitutional rights, he was to selectively provide more rights to blacks.

Mitchell’s reply also suggested that he favored arming black Alabamians before enforcing new gun-control measures, in case they needed to defend themselves from racist white southerners.

‘You can keep sending me stuff like you have however,’ he wrote, ‘because it helps me explain to my constituents why they should protect that 2nd amendment thing AFTER we [blacks] finish stocking up on spare parts, munitions and the like.’

‘Bring it,’ he concluded. ‘As one of my friends in the Alabama Senate suggested – “BRING IT!!!!”‘

Naturally, the racist asshole denies being a racist asshole.

‘A person without the power to exercise a threat cannot be a racist because he or she will be eliminated. A person who can, by merely stepping back on the sidewalk ore [sic] being quiet can support racism and benefit from the ‘first hired,’ affirmative action, preferential treatment fostered by systemic racism and bigotry.’

Mitchell ended his email with the taunting sign-off: ‘Lock and load’.

This clearly should make him a rising star in the Democratic Party.

“A person without the power to exercise a threat cannot be a racist because he or she will be eliminated.”

My, what pretty horseshit. So this moron is a legislator and he has “no power”? Then why is he there?

“For the graft” is right and then some.

America is being looted by its political class…and the favored constituencies are going along for the ride.

In a proper republic, representatives of the people do not b*tch-slap the people. They represent them.

We’ve seen a near complete inversion of the citizen-state relationship. Most people wouldn’t go to work and curse out their boss, but increasingly public servants feel free to abuse those they supposedly work for.

It’s not just this guy. He’s simply modeling behavior toward the citizenry that he sees from the WH and Congress.

This is what a stupid electorate will elect to represent them. If I was a competitor to his seat I would broadcast this letter far and wide. Simply breathtaking that black racism is so obvious and yet never questioned. Double standard anyone? Btw, slaves are NOT allowed to own WEAPONS of any type. With this being the case, why do certain people advocate disarming the citizens of this country? Are we to be slaves?

To be fair, at least he understands that gun rights are for the oppressed and that gun control is contrary to the rights of minorities. That’s something at least. Maybe a reluctant ally.

No Totalitarian regime can survive without disarming its people first.

This is not going to end well.

Legislators really should not speak, post, tweet, blog, or email when they are impaired. $5 says he couldn’t pass a drug/alcohol test no way no how!

” If I was a competitor to his seat I would broadcast this letter far and wide. ”

This man is in a gerrymandered seat in the Black Belt. He probably won by 80%. If you publicized the letter, he’d win by 90%. His constituents eat this shit up with their breakfast Ding Dongs.

That’s Mr. “slave-holding, murdering, adulterous, baby-raping, incestuous, snaggle-toothed, backward-a**ed, inbreed (sic), imported criminal-minded kin folk” to you, sir!

I hate all Black studies professors, but I’m not a racist, since I have no power to elimanate their tenure.

This is what the Left is teaching in our High Schools and Universities – really! I’ve been told this BY THEM. Racism != discrimination on the basis of race. Racism = discrimination on the basis of race PLUS the power to impose that discrimination. And only white people have power in the U.S. They even told me this after Obama was elected!

He’s got it backwards. the first Gun laws in the US were to deny slaves from owning weapons. They were enacted by Democratic Slave Owners.

The Republicans were the one who freed the slaves.

So if I run around shouting out the n word I would not be a racist. As I am an unemployed disabled veteran living barely above the poverty line. Based on the income I have I have no power. An interesting interpetation of racist.
