ABC News: Fort Hood Hero Says Obama ‘Betrayed’ Her, Other Victims

Posted by on Feb 12, 2013 at 12:51 pm

We hope Kimberly Munley is braced for the leftist hatefest about to come her way. ABC News should probably also gird their loins. Their  status as part of the Obama state-run media is about to be revoked.

Three years after the White House arranged a hero’s welcome at the State of the Union address for the Fort Hood police sergeant and her partner who stopped the deadly shooting there, Kimberly Munley says President Obama broke the promise he made to her that the victims would be well taken care of.

“Betrayed is a good word,” former Sgt. Munley told ABC News in a tearful interview to be broadcast tonight on “World News with Diane Sawyer” and “Nightline.”

“Not to the least little bit have the victims been taken care of,” she said. “In fact they’ve been neglected.”

There was no immediate comment from the White House about Munley’s allegations.

Don’t expect any, unless it’s to trash her. Oh, but don’t forget how bin Laden is dead and al Qaeda is on the run. Or something.

Despite extensive evidence that Hasan was in communication with al Qaeda leader Anwar al-Awlaki prior to the attack, the military has denied the victims a Purple Heart and is treating the incident as “workplace violence” instead of “combat related” or terrorism.

“There’s a substantial number of very serious, crippling cases of post-traumatic stress disorder exacerbated, frankly, by what the Army and the Defense Department did in this case,” said Rubinstein. “We have a couple of cases in which the soldiers’ command accused the soldiers of malingering, and would say things to them that Fort Hood really wasn’t so bad, it wasn’t combat.”

Can’t we just blame Bush and call it a day?

    Dear Sgt. Munley,

First, thank you for your service and for defending the rest of us.

I agree that Mr. Obama has betrayed you, as well as the rest of us, but not for the reason that you cite.

I believe that if you look at the record, with respect to this incident. Mr. Obama has ‘ taken care of’ the victim.

After all, the man who proudly boasted that the islamic call to ‘prayer’ was the ‘sweetest thing that [he] had ever heard’ is looking out for who he probably believes is the real victim here.

Mr. Hassan has been given every benefit of any doubt, even to the discussion of whether or not he has to shave.

[I wish that I could put a \sarc here, I this is probably the true state of affairs in the current resident of 1600’s mind]

Sgt. Munley will, shortly, be receiving a reply from the White House on their “What Difference Does It Make?” stationery.

You were used as a prop, and you have long outlived your usefulness to the dear leader. According to the beautiful people, you and people like Dr. Carson need to shut up and learn your place. Cindy Sheehan was taught her place, and she was a useful idiot for years. Code Pink found this out just last week.

The whores in the media would have you do what they do; bury anything and everything they supposedly valued or held to be of concern and simply do whatever will make the dear leader look and sound good.

This administration is at the point where they abandon ambassadors and their staff to their violent deaths, and the media and the electorate reward him for it. Do you seriously think that they will be any more lenient with you?

PTSD? Help is on the way.

Changes in endocannabinoid levels and/or CB2 receptor expressions have been reported in almost all diseases affecting humans,[34] ranging from cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, liver, kidney, neurodegenerative, psychiatric, bone, skin, autoimmune, lung disorders to pain and cancer. The prevalence of this trend suggests that modulating CB2 receptor activity by either selective CB2 receptor agonists or inverse agonists/antagonists depending on the disease and its progression holds unique therapeutic potential for these pathologies [34]

Medical Marijuana prohibition is a crime against humanity and a violation of the religious precept – heal the sick.

    Pass it on.

Guys YOU are just using her as a prop against Obama if you don’t push the US govt (or at least ask Rick Perry) to help. I am.

So the peasants on a blog are using a human as a prop…..hmmmm.

Did we issue any VIP invites? Nope.
Make any speeches with her in the background? Nope.
Did we prevent anyone from getting Purple Hearts? Nope.
Are we maintaining that it was “workplace violence”? Ignoring people when they said that they heard “allah ackbar”? No and nope.

Do we think that the governor of the state of Texas is a good shield for the dear leader. I’m going with…fuck no.

Nice try Rachel, but your dear leader is still a jerk. Let’s end on a happy note. Your precious “daddy” (per Chris Rock) treated them slighty better than the poor guys in Libya, so there’s that.

Keep in mind that that horrible Bush fellow traveled to Ft. Hood without fanfare or notice and met privately with the affected troops. As I recall he stopped only when asked by the White House.

That would be because whatever you think of his policies, George W. Bush is a first class human being.
