Too Funny: Loony Pelosi Says Obama’s Debate Meltdown Was Better on the Radio

Amazingly enough she was there for the curb-stomping Mitt Romney laid on the failed president and thought it was even, which places her in the distinct minority of Americans.

On Current TV last night, Rep. Nancy Pelosi D-Calif. admitted to host Jennifer Granholm that from her seat in the debate room, she thought the first debate was pretty even.

“I was there, and in the room it was a more even debate,” Pelosi said. “I thought it was OK, I thought he got the ball over the net.”

Setting a really high bar for the Greatest Orator in the History of Mankind, huh, Nancy?

But when Pelosi saw the mood while visiting a debate watching party, she said realized that the TV audience viewed it differently.

“I realized that something on TV was different,” she said. “Even on the radio it wasn’t perceived to be as big a divide as it was for those watching on TV.

So wait, she went from being at the debate to a party in mid-debate to listening on the radio? It’s a week now and these people still haven’t recovered. Judging by the avalanche  of bad poll numbers, Obama never will, either.

So now the comparison of Obama to Nixon is complete. Like his predecessor, O performs much better on radio. Did O also have a 102 degree fever? Was he sweating profusely under the klieg lights? Did he refuse the lese majeste of a healthy coat of pancake make-up?

I was going to say, if he sounded better on the radio, how truly Nixonian of him! :)
