This guy doesn’t quite strike me as the Tea Party type. Just saying.

The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office (BCPO) has announced the arrest of 19-year-old Anthony M. Graziano of Lodi in connection with the Jan. 11 firebombing of Congregation Beth El in Rutherford. He has also been charged with the Jan. 3 arson attempt at the Temple K’Hal Adath Jeshrun in Paramus.

Last week the prosecutor’s office released photographs and a surveillance video from what appeared to be a Wal-Mart. Police asked for help from the public in identifying a man who was pictured exiting the store after purchasing several components that police believe were used in the incendiary devices thrown in Rutherford. According to the prosecutor’s office, on Monday, Jan. 23, the BCPO Major Crimes Unit received several tips identifying the man in the video as Graziano. Police located Graziano at his home in Lodi, interviewed him and relatives and friends. BCPO obtained a warrant to search the house and several items of evidence were found inside.
