Soros Gleefully Predicts “Occupy” Riots

Posted by on Jan 24, 2012 at 8:32 am

It’s all part of the plan. Obama’s Whiny Supporters have already spent the better part of four months on a nonstop crime spree across the country, and when their man loses in November they’ll really be out of control. In fact, it’ll probably start before then. The Democrats and union thugs will gleefully agitate them into rioting at the Republican Convention, in all likelihood.

Occupy Wall Street “is an inchoate, leaderless manifestation of protest,” but it will grow. It has “put on the agenda issues that the institutional left has failed to put on the agenda for a quarter of a century.” He reaches for analysis, produced by the political blog, that shows how the Occupy movement has pushed issues of unemployment up the agenda of major news organizations, including MSNBC, CNN, and Fox News. It reveals that in one week in July of last year the word “debt” was mentioned more than 7,000 times on major U.S. TV news networks. By October, mentions of the word “debt” had dropped to 398 over the course of a week, while “occupy” was mentioned 1,278 times, “Wall Street” 2,378 times, and “jobs” 2,738 times. You can’t keep a financier away from his metrics.

As anger rises, riots on the streets of American cities are inevitable. “Yes, yes, yes,” he says, almost gleefully. The response to the unrest could be more damaging than the violence itself. “It will be an excuse for cracking down and using strong-arm tactics to maintain law and order, which, carried to an extreme, could bring about a repressive political system, a society where individual liberty is much more constrained, which would be a break with the tradition of the United States.”

In spite of his warnings of political turmoil in the U.S., he has no plans to engage in politics directly. “I would prefer not to be involved in party politics. It’s only because I felt that the Bush administration was misleading the country that I became involved. I was very hopeful of a new beginning with Obama, and I’ve been somewhat disappointed. I remain a supporter of the Democratic Party, but I’m fully aware of their shortcomings.” Soros believes Obama still has a chance of winning this year’s election. “Obama might surprise the public. The main issue facing the electorate is whether the rich should be taxed more. It shouldn’t be a difficult argument for Obama to make.”

He has no plan to engage in politics, but remains a supporter of Obama and the Democrats. Thanks for clearing that up.

Petting his white, long-haired Persian, Mr. Soros then said, “No, Mr. Bond, I expect for you to die…hahahahaha.”

Soros exhibits flop sweat with these latest comments. He is getting too much competition from too many places.

George Soros is an evil person and manipulator of Markets and Morons. I’m surprised that he has managed to live so long. Then again the Devil always skulks away to do his evil another day.

Perhaps Mr. Soros won’t be as enamored of the unwashed masses when they’re waving torches and pitchforks at HIS gate.

Let the occupiers have their riots. Then when the arrests are made, force them to open their non-profit accounts and reveal their donors. Then charge the donors with “incitement to riot”.

    Really, Mr. Soros?

Many years ago I played Deus Ex(good game by the way), I have to wonder if these guys are taking the script and making it into reality.

“The main issue facing the electorate is whether the rich should be taxed more.”

No, the main issue facing the electorate is that the economy sucks, and government debt is increasing unsustainably. The question is whether to slash the size and scope of government now, or suffer an uncontrolled collapse down the road.

As a Nazi collaborator in WW2 by his own admition he would like nothing better that riots that he can profit from them.

See the movie “Burnt by the Sun” – it tells of a former russian communist hero who falls out of favor with Stalin and is thrown down the memory hole. He was “burnt by the sun” of the revolution – for the revolution was the sun which shined so everything would grow. (ha.) Soros plays a game wherein he talks abstractly about concepts. He has no interest in a fair and open market, just as he has no interest in the empowerment of the masses. He only has a (vested) interest in the APPEARANCE of these things. Comrade Soros (sarcasm alert), you would not be the first person in history to wish for light drizzle of political action and instead be swept away in a deluge. To quote Monty Python – No One Expects the Spanish Inquisition……..

One doesn’t have to be Soros to see the writing on the wall. All the “flash mobs” and OWS happenings from last summer were “Training” just as the previous summer’s SEIU workers mapping out “rich” neighborhoods was “training.’ Obama wants an uprising. Soros wants an uprising. Obama is going to do exactly what the left projected Bush would do: he’s going to create a case of sustained chaos and then declare a state of emergency and suspend elections.

The left always projects their own ambitions on to the right. What they said Bush would do, Obama WILL do.

Of course Obama wants chaos. That’s why he doesn’t want to write a budget, why he doesn’t want to create a job. He wants frustrated masses on the streets.

    The writer notes that
“The response to the unrest could be more damaging than the violence itself. ”
and, according to Soros, “‘It will be an excuse for cracking down and using strong-arm tactics to maintain law and order, which, carried to an extreme, could bring about a repressive political system, a society where individual liberty is much more constrained, which would be a break with the tradition of the United States. ”

Which is precisely why Liz Warren encouraged the so-called movement, and Soros funded it. This billionaire provocateur may soon get tripped up in his own mischief. He is a foreigner, even if he did buy American citizenship. Does he understand us? As long as he deals with those who can be bought with money, he will get his way. But many– more than he knows–are not for sale. As he will learn.

OWS riots will provide the perfect reason for suspending elections. It’s what I would promote if I were the One seeking yet another power-grab.

If someone doesn’t make these protesters pay a stiff penalty now, the entire country will pay a heavy penalty later. (Nothing too serious, just some SEIU-grade “convincing” to move along.)

Was it not our President that told a bunch of assembled Bankers that “(I’m) My administration is the only thing between you and the pitchforks”…?
    Entirely predictable.

Spooky Dude never made a secret of his desire to tear down America to create a Socialist/Marxist utopia.

January 2007 Øbummer swore publicly he had zero interest in becoming president, February 2007, on a Friday evening he meets in secret with Spooky Dude, The following Monday he announces he has a multi-million dollar war chest and a campaign office in every state. One of three things must be true: Ø is a serial liar, Ø is Soros’s sock-puppet, or both.

Hillary’s Wellesley thesis praised Alinsky, Ø has paid millions upon millions (considerably more than his income can account for) to hide his thesis. Both Ø & Clinton worship Cloward – Piven like Gods. Simple math leads us directly to Soros’s lair.

Ø is not the root of evil, Soros is.

Please recall that the Other Side is full of bluffers. It was a bluff when they warned of a “long hot summer” full of urban riots if Reagan were elected. It was a bluff when they threatened to make the country ungovernable if Bush were re-elected. It was a bluff when they claimed the Israeli crackdown on Palestinians would intensify the terrorism.

Just in case they’re not bluffing… One possible tactic is a combination of an international radiation symbol sticker, a recording of a Geiger counter, and watching the Other Side run away.

Way ahead of you. I zapped those scum with higher taxes. Businesses too. And now, Illinois’ financial stature is envied…….by Greece.

The LOVE of money is the root of all evil. Obamanation, Soroos, Pelosi, Holder, Frank, you name it are all evil greedy pricks. They are of their father the devil but this is good news – they are already defeated in Christ and in for a rude awakening. hahahaha

The Occupiers are paid $50.00/day by Obama and are nothing but bums, thugs, thieves, that have pitched a nasty tent on the court houses of America. If I were a city official I’d shot the sum$#@&^
getting rid of every one of them, then burn those stinking tents.

America’s foul commie children will riot, they think it’s fun. We are going to have to get used to the idea.

Further, the Left in this country will not learn manners, maturity, or morality without a lot of bad trouble and pressure dressings. We might as well get used to that idea, as well.

  20. mark l. on 24/24/12 at 1:55 pm

of course the protests will turn violent…
if the gop wins the wh.

it follows the same pattern of vietnam. relatively peaceful protests, that turn ugly, especially towards returning us troops, once lbj leaves and nixon enters.

  21. mark l. on 24/24/12 at 3:03 pm

    as for soros and predictions…
he has to be at the the top of the list for any ‘dead pool’.

his role as zeitgeist is flickering.

    Riots? What riots?

This is always the lame wish of clueless elites living in a bubble who have this notion that America is populated by shoeless “masses.” The #OWS defecating, anti-semitic punks can only manage disturbances involving dozens of people, around which is wrapped an illegal demonstration by hundreds that blocks streets and inconveniences decent folk. That’s not a riot.

I read the original source article, and the supposedly astute Soros is as out-of-touch as the rest of our wealthy, powerful “betters.”

  23. BackwardsBoy on 25/25/12 at 6:29 am

Soros is actively working to bring America to her knees through his indirect funding of various organizations such as MoveOn, the Center for American Progress, the Tides Foundation and several others. Don’t forget that this is the same guy who broke the Bank of England and is directly responsible for the economic suffering (through devaluation of currency) of millions of innocent Brits.

He has turned his nefarious attention toward America and to bring us down would be his greatest trophy. Had we responsible people in office, he would be stripped of his citizenship, the assets of his organizations frozen and and he and them subject to an investigation under charges of sedition and conspiriacy to overthrow our government.

He is pure evil. He hates us. It’s that simple.
