While the racial arsonists keep themselves busy over an isolated incident in Florida, the bloodbath in Barack Obama’s hometown continues unabated. I guess when only three people are shot it’s considered a slow night.

Progress!

At least three men were shot on the South and West sides overnight, according to Chicago police.

A 25-year-old man sitting in a car near the intersection of 72nd Street and Western Avenue exchanged words with someone in another car, who opened fire about 12:05 a.m., police said.

The man was shot in the hand and driven to Holy Cross Hospital, police said.

A 26-year-old man was standing in an alley behind the 3900 block of South Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive just before midnight when someone with a gun approached him and demanded money.

The two fought and the man was shot in the index finger on his left hand, police said. It’s unclear if the man trying to rob him got anything.

The 26-year-old walked into Mercy Hospital and Medical Center and is in good condition, police said.

About five minutes later, a 25-year-old man was walking on Harrison Street about two blocks east of Pulaski Road when someone opened fire. He was shot in the thigh and a family member drove him to  John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County, where he’s listed in good condition, police said.

Nobody is in custody in connection with the shootings, police said, and detectives are investigating.

Obviously no “white hispanics” are suspects, so everyone can just move along, nothing to see here.

I’m sure that all of these fine young men had health insurance and were not a drag on the taxpayers of chicago.

    Only 3?

C’mon, Chicago thugs…….you can do much better than that.

I thought firearms were tightly controlled in the Windy City………..

Based on news reports, Chicago sounds like a terribly unsafe city, but the truth is, if you avoid some fairly well-defined areas, your chances of being shot fall to almost nil. If Jesse Jackson were worth a damn, he’d be doing something about young black men shooting other young black man (and the occasional 12-year-old bystander) instead of inciting mob action in Florida.

We have those areas that are safe too. They’re called New Hampshire. Utter BS. You don’t have to live with crime.

    1.5 million people, 12 murders.
