RIP, Andrew Breitbart

This is absolutely stunning news. A man who’s been a great warrior for the cause of freedom of speech and taking it to the left has passed away.

Andrew passed away unexpectedly from natural causes shortly after midnight this morning in Los Angeles.

We have lost a husband, a father, a son, a brother, a dear friend, a patriot and a happy warrior.

Andrew lived boldly, so that we more timid souls would dare to live freely and fully, and fight for the fragile liberty he showed us how to love.

Breitbart gained a lot of enemies over the past several years as his sites took on the establishment media and Democratic Party. He’ll be missed. No doubt his detractors will be dancing in the streets. They won’t be able to contain their glee.

Nonsense. We liberals will show the exact same class and respect that you guys showed Ted Kennedy and Jack Murtha when they died. Remember how classy and respectful you guys were? We liberals sure do. Just remember that when you have the urge to whine about how mean we’re being.

Your poster children for the civility derby are a guy that bought his way out of a murder rap among other infamies and a crooked politician that smeared US servicemen while they were undergoing trial. Seven of whom were found innocent. You really wanna go with this dynamic duo? Howz about you toss in Sheets Byrd while you’re at it? Go for the triple play.

Keith Olbermann and Markos Muljhjhjjotus are still walking around living life to the fullest.

I’d be very interested to hear Olbermann and Marko’s reaction to this. Hopefully it will be civil.

Care to cite the posts where we celebrated the deaths of The Swimmer and Murtha, asshole?
