No surprise since the terms “Occupy Wall Street” and “mentally unfit” are synonymous.
He’s too fecal-minded for trial.
The Occupy Wall Streeter accused of dumping buckets full of urine and feces around the Financial District last month has been deemed mentally unfit to assist in his own defense, officials announced today.
A pair of court-appointed shrinks have completed a psychiatric examination of arrested protester Jordan Brooks Amos, 25, and found him unable to proceed, according to sealed reports filed in Manhattan Supreme Court.
Amos, of Philadelphia, remains held without bail on felony charges of criminal mischief and possession of a stun gun; he is additionally charged with misdemeanor possession of a noxious substance and obstruction.
The noxious substance is likely his personality.
Cops said they caught the distinctively thin and afro-wearing Amos on surveillance video dumping what was believed to be the accumulated waste of protesters down an outdoor staircase outside JP Morgan Chase at Nassau and Cedar Streets.
