OWS Cop Death Wish Tweeter: ‘It’s not like I meant anything of it’

It really sucks when you’re caught in the act being a tough guy. Like the typical lefty loudmouth, you just claim you didn’t really mean it.  Yeah, that’s it. It was satire or something.

The man behind the threatening tweet spoke to the Daily News by phone, without revealing his name. He said he lives in Florida and follows OWS protests online but has never attended one.

He said the tweet about killing cops was a jest.

“It’s not like I meant anything of it,” he said. “Who takes anything like that seriously? I’m in Florida, what am I going to do?”

What are you going to do? Have a chat with the NYPD, that’s what. They’ll be stopping by for a visit. He’s now unprotected his tweets again and claiming it’s all cleared up. Sure it is.
Update: His Twitter page has gone down the memory hole.

“It’s like I’m in Florida. What? Like the two places are connected by highways or something?” Get real wingnuts.

After I facetously suggested Charles Johnson’s twitter account follow him, I actually heard from this tool before his account went down the memory hole. Nothing groundbreaking, really…..standard ‘Occupy’ boilerplate about how his quote was taken ‘out of context’ and how he’s the REAL victim in all of this.
