Occupy Protesters Now Stifling Dissent From Other Non-Approved Protest Groups … and Assaulting Police for Good Measure

We’ve had to endure months of these violent temper tantrums from these Democrat-endorsed Occupy zombies, so now here comes a small group of people who want to protest what they see as an injustice and, well, we can’t have any of that.

They’re now apparently the arbiters of who gets to protest and where.

At least two police officers were injured Monday during a clash between Occupy protesters and pro-white demonstrators that spilled into the streets around the state Capitol.

Authorities said the skirmish erupted about 3 p.m. when about 50 members of the South Africa Project, returning to their cars after a protest on the west steps of the Capitol, were met with rocks and bottles thrown by several other groups, including members of the Occupy movement.

Two officers were injured in the confrontation, said Officer Laura Peck, a spokeswoman for the Sacramento Police Department.

Authorities said the Occupy protesters outnumbered members of the South Africa Project, who were at the Capitol to protest what they described as black-on-white violence in South Africa. Eyewitnesses described a chaotic scene, saying police moved quickly to contain the violence after bottles were thrown.

“It got really chaotic really fast,” said Tricia Blakeman, a member of Occupy Sacramento who was at the Capitol to protest against the pro-white demonstrators. “They tackled everybody who looked like they had a bottle.”

I guess for the record the Occupy movement supports black on white violence in South Africa. Heck, you’re not even allowed to complain.

Ryan Stark, 26, who said he is part of Occupy Sacramento, said he joined the protesters challenging the South Africa Project protesters because there needed to be a showdown.

“I didn’t throw anything … but these sorts of demonstrations need to happen,” he said, referring to the counter protest. “They do have the right to say what they want, but we’re not going to let it fly.”

Gee, isn’t that swell?

Earlier, a young lady became a bit rambunctious.

Earlier in the day, a 17-year-old girl with Occupy Oakland was taken to Juvenile Hall after she became combative and assaulted an officer who asked her to pick up litter, Kennedy said.

Meanwhile, here’s some irony for you.

Many of the Occupy protesters, some wearing hoods or masks, said they came from the San Francisco Bay area to counter what they called a racist group affiliated with former Louisiana Ku Klux Klan leader David Duke.

Do these nitwits even realize Duke supports the movement?

By the way, it’s an interesting photo CBS decided to run with their story.

Lemme see. I didn’t do it, followed by I liked it, but don’t tag me with the consequences. With a wonderful Orwellian bit of doublespeak for dessert.
