Surely this is all just a coincidence. After the video of the Obama crackhead went viral yesterday, we discovered the Obama Phone website, which showed the Empty Chair in all his glory:
Now if you pay a visit the site looks drastically different. Pretty much like one of those websites you stumble upon if you entered the wrong URL. No longer are you treated to the Dear Leader, instead a stock image rotating whenever you visit. This is the most recent image we grabbed. In fact, much of the site now look entirely generic, the ubiquitous Obama presence barely visible.
Hmm. You don’t think they’re embarrassed by their own supporters, are they?
Airbrushing away all the embarrassments and humiliations and scandals and other perfections in O’s history. Like painting the Golden Gate bridge it’s a work always in progress, in constant demand, and never finally complete.
Wait one. Weren’t we told that this was set up by dubya, ronnie raygun and ALexander Graham Bell, at midnight? Nw we find that it was literally called obamaphone, with the dear leaders picture.
Like Blue Hen. All the chatter afterwards was how this was not an “Obama” phone after all … It was a program offered by phome companies (and paid for by federal funds?)
Now we see there really IS an “OBAMA FREE CELL PHONE PROGRAM!”
So OBAMA has been taking credit for something that was avaiable already?

The content on the Obama phone website also appears to have been written by an illiterate. Read it. The first section rambles defensively about the program being coordinated by the ‘George William Bush’ administration. Maybe the lady in the video provided the text?
Ah, I rather doubt the “Obamaphone.net” site was legit to begin with. Among other things, a government website would have a .gov domain name, not .net.

This looks like a default WordPress theme to me. Alternate explanation: the site was kind of forgotten by its creators and just sat there for years without updates.
Then, all of a sudden, tons of attention/traffic.
Not good if you are running an outdated version of your website software. Hackers, you know…
So they rush an upgrade in, but it is incompatible with their custom design theme (it happens with WordPress) so they revert to a default theme for now.

Welfare may appear to come from Obama, but it’s been around for a long time. Our government’s primary role has become welfare. Our culture embraces [demands] welfare. Welfare will be around & expanding for a long time; until it can’t, and collapses…everything.

Yes, but WHO is paying for that website?!? I asked yesterday in an Ace of Spade comments thread, and a couple of people looked it up and the website owner’s name was hidden (barring a court order). Is this some sort of Hatch Act violation or unreported campaign contribution?!?

I visited that site back in the summer when Rush talked about it. At the time, those informative blog posts dated to Dec. 2011, which explain how the program wasn’t started by Obama, weren’t there.
Who knew the Obamaites could feel shame or embarrassment?
There just might be hope for a few of them.
