Gee, if we didn’t know any better we’d think NBC is in the tank for the Obamas.

Michelle Obama is turning online editor for a week.

A website for women, iVillage, said Monday the first lady has agreed to serve as a guest editor, focusing on back-to-school issues.

Mrs. Obama has been working with iVillage staff members to address challenges, including healthy eating for students and how to balance busy family schedules, the site said.

Nothing political, of course. It’s all about the children or something.

Personal anecdotes and previously unseen family photos will offer a peek at how Mrs. Obama handles the start of the school year.

The “Rev up Your Back-to-School Routine” series with the first lady begins Aug. 20 on iVillage, part of NBCUniversal.
