Multimillionaire Michelle Obama Still Whining About College Loans

Geez, woman, move on already. You left Princeton 27 years ago and you’re still resentful. Most people would be thankful they got an Ivy League education and paying off loans came as part of it. It almost seems as if she’d like a rebate or something.

“When it comes to giving our kids the education they deserve, Barack knows that like me and like so many of you, he never — never — could have attended college without financial aid.  Without financial aid, we wouldn’t be here,” she said. “In fact, when we were first married — I mentioned this — our combined monthly student loan bills were actually higher than our mortgage.”

“Thank you, Princeton,” she said before adding, “Just kidding.”

In reality we know zero about how her husband paid for college, or better yet, who paid for it. How many loans did he take out? How much did he owe? Who else helped pay for his education? You’d think by now we’d have answers to these basic questions. What are they hiding?

When your best paying, lowest work hour jobs you’ve ever had come from political patronage, not your education, it is understandable to look back at your college expenses as a waste.

Considering she had to surrender her law license after only 3 years, makes sense she would be mad about paying for Harvard Law. Now why was it she had to surrender her law license?

Both of them have lost their licenses to practice law despite the cost to get them.
    Why would that be?

Having her spout off about college loans is like having Thyphoid Mary be a spokesman for the CDC. Sure, there’s a connection, but not really the one that you want to announce.

“When it comes to giving our kids the education they deserve…”

    Giving. Deserve.

Education is a precious opportunity. We should give as little as possible. It should be earned through hard work. Mrs. Obama and the rotters she represents want want want. They’re the ones who want free school breakfast and lunch, free school supplies or ones through charity, free coats for kids, free sneakers for students…on and on all the way to Pell grants and probably some forgiveness “program” for student loans.

How much do they or anyone else “deserve?” In my opinion as much as they can afford or as much as they can earn.

When you give things away or label a minority as deserving the thing you give away is unappreciated and the minority is unappreciative. Mrs. Obama is an envious c-word.

Both of them got 80% on the taxpayer dime and still bitch about having to pay 20%. Tells you quite a bit as to their character, or lack thereof.

One would think that with her $300,000 no show job at a Chicago Hospital she would shut up already about how tough she has it.

When I returned to Community College at the age of forty-five after twenty-seven years as an auto tech I learned two things…

First – Most of the students didn’t even belong there. They had no basis or ambition for higher learning. They would have been better served in the Military or Trade School.

Second – the curriculum of the various academic courses (not the science courses) was so dumbed down from what I learned back in the sixties, what was being taught was for all purposes useless in today’s world.

I realize this was only a Jr College level but many of these students were about to transfer to major Universities and Colleges. Many were just taking up seats and space.

And let’s not forget that Michelle here would like very much to be paid for being the “First Lady”.

She’s floated that idea, that in her position she should be drawing a Federal salary and benefits, on at least two occasions that I remember, and her husband also tossed that idea out for consideration.

These people have absolutely no shame.

Oh….”poor little me”. They both, i.e. Obamas were recepients of nearly 100% free rides to Ivy League colleges. And still whinning about it! She says in her senior thesis at Princeton, that she “never really fit in”….clearly still harbors a resentment towards her benefactors. We, on the other hand had to pay the full price for our daughter’s education. Did we whine about it….NO we saved for it and did without so that our child could get a good education. They both leave me very much ‘lackluster’. And like the former bloggers still have something negative to say about rather than being grateful and humble and oh, did I forget to mention….THANKFUL!
