Man of the People Hits NYC for Four Lavish Fundraisers in One Night

If he’s not on vacation, he’s golfing. If he’s not golfing, he’s shaking down some idiots for money.

And tying up rush hour traffic while he’s at it.

Priorities, folks. The man has his priorities.

President Barack Obama will be in town Thursday evening for several, glitzy campaign fundraisers.

Mr. Obama arrives at JFK airport at about 4:30 p.m.

He’ll make stops at the Apollo theater in Harlem followed by a visit to the home of movie director Spike Lee and then two events at swanky Daniel restaurant in Manhattan’s Upper East Side.

Al Green and India Arie will perform at the Apollo. Tickets to that fundraiser start at $100.

A visit with Lee at his home costs $35,800 per ticket fundraiser .

The price for a seat at Daniel  start at $5,000 for the first fundraiser and $15,000 for the second.

So what doth it profiteth a man to hold a fundraiser if no one appeareth?

I’d love to know how much cash he raked in and how many people actually turned up.
