Imbecile James Clyburn: Gingrich Won SC Because of Racist Code Words or Something

Anyone notice a pattern here? First the blithering idiot Sheila Jackson Lee made the claim New Gingrich was using “racist code words” to lure unsuspecting South Carolina voters into voting for him. Now South Carolina’s own James Clyburn regurgitates the nonsense.

As for Gingrich, Clyburn said the former Georgia congressman and House speaker appealed to voters in the first Southern primary by using familiar terms when discussing President Barack Obama.

“He was throwing red meat to his base,” Clyburn said. “Throwing code words to his base, words we’re familiar with in South Carolina.”

Clyburn, the highest-ranking African American member of the House of Representatives, singled out the “food stamp president” label Gingrich has employed as a particular example of coded language.

“All of this carries certain connotations that people know very very well, and I think that he practiced that perfectly,” Clyburn said.

The South Carolina Democratic denied he was calling Gingrich a racist.

He’s a racist, but he’s not a racist. Thanks for clearing that up.

James Clyburn, code words for moron.

I’m James Clyburn and I whine about people I don’t like and accuse people of using code words. And I dod so by using code words (“certain connotations”).

What a jerk. So when is he going to resurrect Alvin Green?

Dear Mr. Clyburn (oh, and Mr. Obama also):

Don’t bother even trying to DEAL the ‘race card’ for this election; we’re NOT going to play it for you. You’re just going to have to come up with some OTHER “issue”. May I suggest Mr. Obama’s ‘record’ over the past 3.5 years?
