Good Grief: Bloomberg Already Exploiting Colorado Shooting

Never let a tragedy go to waste when you can score cheap political points.

New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, who has emerged as one of the nation’s highest-profile supporters of gun control, demanded on Friday that the presidential candidates “stand up and tell us what they’re going to do about” mass shootings.

Asked about the Colorado mass shootings at a movie theater showing “The Dark Knight Rises” in Aurora, Colo., that killed at least 12 people, Bloomberg said politicians needed to offer policy proposals in addition to prayers and sympathy.

I guess recommending concealed-carry permits is out of the question.

More here.

Never let a crisis go to waste:

Update: Obama will cancel his second Florida event today and head back to Washington.

Funny, but he never showed so much concern over Brian Terry and all those dead Mexicans killed by Eric Holder’s Fast & Furious scheme.

This SOB claimed that the ta party cause the times square bombing. And now he wants to stand on graves that haven’t been filled yet to spew more hatred? What a jerk.
