“How come we haven’t seen more of President Obama himself in this state?” a local reporter asks the DNC chair.

“Well, we’ve had the first lady and the vice president and we’ve had significant surrogates,” Wasserman Schutlz answered. “I mean, I think North Carolina has had a non-stop stream of top tier surrogates. But we’re doing is–you know, it’s a big country.”
