Confirmed: Lowlife Weiner Used Campaign Cash for Private Investigators in Twitter Mess

Posted by on Feb 01, 2012 at 7:59 am

It was obvious from the instant he sent the notorious crotch-shot heard ’round the world that his Twitter account wasn’t hacked. Yet that didn’t prevent the disgraced Anthony Weiner from trying to pin the mess on someone else. His media accomplices actually played along for awhile until the fraud could no longer hold up. Still, he went and spent campaign  money to hire private investigators to try and find someone to blame.

What a jerk.

Disgraced ex-Congressman Anthony Weiner used campaign money to hire private investigators to chase down his lie about his now-notorious crotch-shot tweet.

Weiner paid T&M Protective Services of Manhattan $13,290 for “legal services” in the fourth quarter of 2011, financial statements filed Tuesday with the Federal Election Commission reveal.

Sources told the Daily News, however, that Weiner hired T&M — a firm loaded with former NYPD sleuths — when he was in full spin mode over the controversy that eventually led to his resignation.

Two sources familiar with Weiner’s downfall said the Queens pol told investigators his Twitter account was hacked. T&M investigated — and learned Weiner had sent them on a fool’s errand.

It’s weird how his Twitter account is still active.

That is quite a fitting picture of former Rep Weiner. He looks quite the part of the sleazy perv.

There’s still a few out there pretending Weiner was hacked, and they too might just have some odd financial arrangements.

Neal Rauhauser, for example, seemed to do a LOT of promoting for a charity run by a con artist who has a criminal record including setting bombs and trafficing in drugs that takes in millions of dollars but seem to have equivilant expenses. And Neal did a lot of the “Weiner was hacked” noise making / witchhunting long after it was plain Weiner sent his own pics.

Folks who enjoy the show “Breaking Bad” should really pay attention to Socrates, a liberal blogger, and also Liberty Chick, because I believe this story is developing. The Weinergate aspect is something I’m not particularly interested in, but it’s directly related regardless.

“that takes in millions of dollars but seem to have equivilant expenses”

ugh… this is why I’m not a blogger. Who would want to read crap like that?

I meant to say that it *doesn’t* have equivilant expenses. It just doesn’t add up, and the proprieter seems incredibly fearful of someone who noticed that and had more access to information about it.

It’s almost as though a guy who had a record of making money in drugs started a charity that makes a ton money for no apparent reason. Sans the almost. Interestingly, if you type his name into a comment at Bradblog (run by the charity’s director), the comment is automatically deleted.

Weinergate is incredibly difficult to piece together because of all the John Reid and Dan Wolfe goofiness, but this is something more substantial, in my opinion.

If he took campaign funds for a personal expense, shouldn’t the IRS be interested whether he claimed that as income, and paid tax on it?

I should have known that a man as scuzzy as Weiner would also be a Mets fan…..the only thing lower is Boston.

I was about to say; great, he’s a Mets fan on top of everything else. Just great. It’ll be interesting to see if the crusaders who flasely claimed that the media diligentlycovered Rep Athony’s weiner will follow up to ensure that the MFM covers this. Apparently he’s just like Edwards. Campaign cash is to be treated as a slush fund. Interesting.

Wanna know what the best part is?

Every morning for the rest of his life, Anthony Wieners eye’s will flutter open. He will stare blankly at the ceiling for 30 seconds as it all comes rushing back. And he will exclaim “Aaaawww %^$#!”

The tears of socialists are especially delicious.

Google and you’ll find this blog that’s from a man who was taking the blame Jammie is talking about.

The Smoking Gun dug up an old police record for a DWI offense and put his mugshot up calling him the Weinergate co-pilot for all the world to see. All because he didn’t share Weiner’s politics on Twitter and retweeted the underwear photo like everyone else.

Someone then called the police claiming to be the person in that blog and conjured up a story that he just killed his wife. A swat team responded to the man’s home and took him at gunpoint before they realized the man hadn’t done anything and was sleeping. Turns out he wasn’t even married.

The blog is there because the man continues to be harassed by what appears to be non-stop harassment from the pro-Anthony Weiner crowd who refuses to admit that someone shouldn’t pay for what Weiner did to himself.
