Don’t worry, it’s unlikely David Cameron was making any reference to Obama and Holder’s gun-running scandal since the media hardly reports on it and it’s unlikely news has made its way across the pond.
The Prime Minister said he was enjoying his first time at a basketball game, but admitted trouble understanding parts of the sport. Mr Cameron told Kellogg: “I’m enjoying it. It’s fast, it’s pretty fast and furious. It’s hard to follow sometimes exactly who’s done what wrong.”
Asked if the president was helping him, Mr Cameron said: “He’s giving me some tips. He’s going to help me fill out my bracket”, referring to the numerous office pools that circulate in the US.
Mr Obama quipped back: “He’s going to teach me cricket. Because I don’t understand what’s going on with that game.”
There are a lot of things he doesn’t understand, like the fact Americans could care less about his dopey basketball picks.
Speaking of which, he daringly selected two No. 1’s and two No. 2’s in his pool. Way to go out on a limb, champ.
