Boston Herald: Hey, How About a Cabinet Post for Romney?

Posted by on Nov 08, 2012 at 9:07 am

Sure, what a great idea. Ask the guy who you mercilessly demonized to come in and save your ass. Why, it probably would have just been better to elect Mitt Romney instead, no?

Romney’s too nice a guy to tell Obama to go eff himself, but honestly, he should.

In the campaign, Obama proposed creating a new secretary of business Cabinet post and that could be a perfect fit for Romney, though the GOP nominee ridiculed the idea at the time.

Romney’s name also has surfaced as a possible secretary of commerce. Putting the successful venture capitalist in the Cabinet could go a long way toward convincing Republicans that Obama is serious about working with them in Congress.

The move also could appease nervous investors on Wall Street, who reacted to Obama’s re-election by sending the stock market on its worst tailspin of the year. Obama desperately needs someone with business sense and CEO experience in his second term. He also needs to do something to show America that he wants to bring the country together after one of the most divisive campaigns in history.

Sorry, but the majority voted for Obama’s mess. They need to suffer.  Unfortunately the rest of us will as well, but that’s the harsh reality. The makers will find a way to survive. It’s the takers who need to learn a lesson. Why should Romney be the one to save him?

One employer is Las Vegas is already teaching a harsh lesson. Jut wait until unemployment skyrockets and more Obama voters can’t find work.

So then the Failure-in-Chief would have a Republican to blame when his own policies kill the economy. Sure.

Sorry, Barry, you shat the bed, you sleep in it.

Why would the lightbringer messiah want or need any help? He is the one and will solve all problems.

  3. don't they love us for electing the messiah? on 8/08/12 at 3:08 pm

Radio is saying Iran fired on a drone. I guess they just don’t fear Chicago Jesus. They better be careful he will smote them with his staff.

Why accept cabinet position when Obama doesn’t speak to most of his cabinet heads for 12 to 18 months? Worse, a cabinet officer will be under the day-to-day control of a 28 year leftist freak. Mitt Romney has to ignore the man who accused him of killing a woma and not paying taxes.

Oh yeah? Great idea!! Look how well that worked out for Hilary Clinton.
You lay down with dogs you’re going to get fleas.

That is an idea that has no benefits for Romney, almost none for the country given that Romney’s ideas would never be congruent with the admins ideology, and only political benefits for the prez – window dressing. No way it is offered or accepted in my mind.

Why would Gov. Romney want to work with a group of people who are dramatically less intelligent that he is? It would just be a huge frustration.

I get it…you must destroy America to save it. I don’t know what the republican flag looks like but I salute a different flag. It has red and white stripes and 50 white stars on a blue background. I cried for a republican president when 3000 plus Americans were creamated on a downtown New York city Street even though I did not support that presidents policy. What country do you come from, r u an American or not?

Romney in the cabinet would “go a long way toward convincing Republicans that Obama is serious about working with them in Congress.”

What a sick joke. obama has no intention of working with anyone. obama is not about compromise he is about mandate. No decent human being has any business being a member of the obama regime. Collaborators will receive no mercy.

Romney made a huge mistake on letting Obama skate on Benghazi. Surely he’s not dumb enough to let himself absorb the blame for Obama’s future failures.

    Two things arnie.

    1. You’re a fucking idiot.
    2. This asshole convened a deficit reduction panel and then ignored it while they were sitting in the room. Ask any of them, democrat or rethuglickan, if that experience was worthwhile or bears repeating.

    Until then, fuck off.
