Atlanta Park To Close For Two Months To Repair #Occupy Damage

The Occupy movement is the gift that just keeps on giving. Rather a scourge that just won’t go away.

Woodruff Park will be closed next week for work crews to repair damage that city officials said was done by Occupy Atlanta protesters.
The downtown park will be closed for up to two months, AM750 and 5.5FM News/Talk WSB reported.

The cleanup will cost the taxpayers of Atlanta at least $30,000. While the clean up is taking place the occutards are going to move their tents to a sidewalk adjacent to the park and apparently the police are perfectly okay with it. The work will include cleaning up the sewer lines in the area as well as repairing the electricity in the area. The grassy area is no more.

Folks this area of downtown is sort of dark at night and regular citizens could be forgiven for stumbling into these tents blocking the sidewalk in the dead of night.

Cleaning sewer lines and repairing electricity? What in Hell were these idiots doing? Can someone please remind me why the tea party was the spawn of Satan and these maniacs were the second coming of Christ?
