Take another victory lap, champ.
Home prices fell to their lowest point in more than a decade in January, but that helped to lift the pace of home sales, according to a report from an industry trade group.
The National Association of Realtors reported that the median home price in January fell 2% from December to $154,700. That’s the lowest price reading since November of 2001, before the run-up in home prices that became known as the housing bubble.
Can’t wait for the Democrats to spin this as there is now more affordable housing.

Yeah. Falling home prices are great. Ain’t that what they were trying to prevent of the last three years, when everyone else pointed out that the sooner they dropped and deflated the bubble, the sooner we’d be past it? Now here we are. We should have been here two years ago. Best.Recovery.Ever.
