State Department Says No To Jobs In America

America, wake the hell up will you? In yet another sign that this administration does not want things to improve the economy of this country the State Department has effectively blocked the construction of an oil pipeline from Canada to the United States.

The State Department has ordered the developer of a pipeline that would carry oil from western Canadato Texas to reroute it from environmentally sensitive areas of Nebraska, possibly delaying a final U.S. decision until after the 2012 election.

The decision, described to The Associated Press by two senior State Department officials familiar with the project, will require an environmental review of the new section. That review probably would take at least a year.

Calgary-based TransCanada Corp. is seeking to build the $7 billion pipeline to carry oil derived from tar sands in Alberta, Canada, to refineries on the Texas Gulf Coast.

This project, Keystone XL, has been the target of liberals ever since it’s inception and all the delays are costing us jobs and the parent company in Canada money. If this project goes completely the oil produced in Canada will simply go to China, who is already in negoiations for it.
Regardless of what happens here in America the oil is going to be extracted. The only question is who will benefit from it us or China, and right now it looks like the lien holder on our country is going to get it.
