Occupy DC Man Accused of Sexual Assault … for Groping Another Man

Does Obama have the golden touch or what? On the day he goes all in with support for the “Occupy” marauders, another report of a sexual assault surfaces, this time right near the home he currently occupies.

Members of the Occupy DC movement living in McPherson Square say a person has been removed from the square after being accused of sexual assault and theft. But a spokesman for the U.S. Attorney’s office says prosecutors aren’t filing charges in the case.

U.S. Park Police spokesman David Schlosser confirmed Tuesday that a person was taken into custody Monday evening following the accusation. He did not release the name of the arrested person. Occupy DC members say the accuser was living in McPherson Square.

No charges are being filed, however. Looks like they’d rather this one just go away.

Prosecutors are not filing charges in an alleged sexual assault at McPherson Square, the base of the Occupy D.C. movement.

According to police, two men were fighting in the park after 7 p.m. Monday.  During the fight, one of the men allegely groped the other and was taken into custody.

There are some people this guy might want to get in touch with.
