It’s jail for an Occupy Wall Street protester caught last month with an unlicensed handgun and 32 rounds of ammo in his Budget rental van — at least for now.

Ink-bedecked Ohio tattoo artist Joshua Fellows, 32, was cuffed and hauled into a holding cell today after prosecutors told Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Carol Berkman that in allegedly possessing the gun, Fellows was in violation of a 2010 order of protection issued out Youngstown.

The order of protection barred him from any contact with his ex-wife, and from possessing any weapons.

Berkman hiked Fellows’ $25,000 bail up to $35,000, and he was taken into custody after pleading not guilty to criminal possession of a weapon, which carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 3 and 1/2 years prison.
